"Party of Five" explores the lives of the Salingers, five brothers and sisters determined to stay together following the tragic loss of their parents. The one-hour drama focuses on the way the family uses the creativity, humor, and love instilled by their parents to deal with the conflicts and demands of everyday life. After the tragic death of his parents, Bailey (the second eldest), his two younger sisters and their baby brother are left in the care of the eldest but least dependable sibling Charlie, who is in his early-twenties. As they try to adjust to a new life, their inheritance edges toward bankruptcy. It's up to the Salinger kids to pull together as they tackle modern-day adult life an the challenges of growing-up.
