We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our world class Marketing team. Help define and grow a ground-breaking shift in how the mainstream consumer experiences video entertainment. Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and execute against an entire spectrum of marketing programs that include brand building, content launches, user acquisition, retention, and co-marketing across many Sony groups.
  • Serve as the Marketing Ambassador and work directly with all the internal Crackle teams: Product, Partnerships, Content & Programming, Engineering.
  • Translate competitive landscape and industry trend analysis into marketing and product initiatives.
  • Bring the voice of Crackle to life in every contact users have with our brand.
  • Basic SEO.

Goals / Metrics of Success:

  • Acquisition, engagement
  • Search engine rankings
  • Customer Support statistics and user satisfaction
  • Quality and consistency of Crackle voice throughout site and marketing materials

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience at a consumer-facing internet company
  • Media and/or entertainment experience is valuable; brand name start up experience is HUGE
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • You can be tactical and strategic.
  • You probably spend more time than what may be considered healthy on the Internet
  • Self-managing, impeccable follow-thru, multi-task in your sleep
  • Copywriting skills, a PLUS, for the site and marketing materials, including FAQ
  • Good sense of humor, positive attitude
  • Have at least one former employee (not a relative) who unconditionally considers you a rockstar
